Our service

Inkmote is a learning service operated by Gocnet Technologies LLP, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using it, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account and learner details, protect your sign-in and use only accounts and school records you are authorised to manage. Parents and schools are responsible for the learner accounts they create or connect.

Each learner follows one board and grade for a confirmed academic year. A parent or school administrator manages moves to a new year; earlier learning history remains separate.

School accounts

School administrators manage boards, enrolment, invitations and staff access. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of imported class lists and their authority to provide learner and parent details. Teachers can view records for assigned classes.

Learning and progress

Lessons, games and progress ratings support learning. Ratings reflect the activity recorded in Inkmote; they are not school grades or formal qualifications. Results and AI-assisted guidance can contain errors. Contact us if you find a problem.

Subscriptions and school seats

The parent plan is ₹499 per month in India and US$9 per month elsewhere, including tax, with a free trial of 30 days. The trial needs no card or subscription and does not charge you automatically. To continue afterwards, choose a paid subscription through Dodo Payments. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Your billing country determines the price. The checkout shows the amount before you confirm. The trial is available once per account.

Use Manage subscription to cancel renewal or update payment details. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the end of the current period. Contact us about billing problems or refund requests.

School pricing and payment are arranged directly with our team. Purchased seats have an agreed quantity and expiry; schools allocate them to learners. A connected parent does not need another subscription for a learner covered by an active school seat.

Your work and our content

You retain rights to work you submit. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service. Inkmote’s software, lessons, artwork and other learning materials belong to Gocnet Technologies LLP or their respective owners. Access lets you use them for learning and teaching within the service.

Responsible use and availability

Do not access another person’s records without authority, disrupt the service or upload harmful material. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues.

Features and availability can change, and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
